Stephen Gallagher

Stephen Gallagher is Chief Executive Officer for Gates Corporation’s U.S. business. In this role, Mr. Gallagher directs all commercial activities for the U.S. operations, including trading, origination, business development, asset optimization, regulatory affairs and policy.

Mr. Gallagher joined Gates Corporation in 2017, previously serving as Director of Portfolio Management for the European operations and more recently as Vice President of Finance for the U.S. business. He brings more than a decade of experience in the energy industry, having served as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate Treasury at Ardmore Shipping Corp. and prior to that, serving nine year as an equity analyst covering the oil & gas and materials sectors at State Street Global Advisors.

Mr. Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University College in Cork, Ireland. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
