Gene Alessandrini

Regional Vice President, PJM, MISO, Southeast & ERCOT

Gene Alessandrini is Regional Vice President for PJM, MISO, Southeast and ERCOT for Gates Corporation’s U.S. business, leading asset management, trading, origination, and regulatory affairs and policy.

Mr. Alessandrini, who joined Gates Corporation in 2018, has more than 20 years of energy industry experience with diverse retail and wholesale energy expertise. Prior to Gates Corporation, he held several leadership roles at PPL Corporation and Exelon Generation Co., including overseeing trading, origination and market analytics.

Mr. Alessandrini holds an MBA from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
